Your Part
To identify new opportunities and areas for improvements within our digital channels, we need a passionate person with analytical skills and experience in mobile apps and web solutions. The person must be keen to find on their own the right information in our existing data sources as well as via market research. In addition the role also requires to create regular reports of our KPIs and provide data support to colleagues for their projects.
Analysis of user journeys as well as app user feedback (e.g. app store comments) to identify optimisation demand and discuss the potential impact with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. product managers)
Application performance management (APM): Monitor and manage the performance and availability of our app and online banking to provide insights and identify potential issues
Close collaboration with the user research, market insights and other analytics teams to provide a holistic view of the performance and stability of our mobile app and online banking
Execution of regular digital channels reporting (rating, comments, top features, crash-reports and other KPIs), including commentaries and recommendations
Generating insights on who our users are (device types, screen resolutions, operating systems etc.)
Creating competitor research and build KPIs for transparent comparison with the goal to recommend improvements for our solutions
App store management: Administration of app store accounts (user accounts, general settings), continuous optimisation of app store descriptions, keywords, and other metadata in alignment with other departments stakeholders (e.g. from Brand, CIO)
Supporting development and release management with administrative tasks which are necessary for new app updates (e.g. setup of new version, management of beta test via app store, phased rollout of new app versions)
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience with management and characteristics of web based, hybrid and native mobile Apps
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to create and present tailored insights to different audiences (e.g. product management, marketing and IT including senior management)
Experience with the following tools: Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, Adobe Analytics, AppBot, Tableau, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence is very beneficial
Experience in financial industry or other regulated industries with complex governance models (e.g. insurance, health care)
Business Fluent in German as well as English to be able to analyse user comments in detail and to be able to write proper App Store descriptions or release notes
Open minded and willing to learn and take over other tasks if required to support your colleagues in the digital capabilities team
Hands on mentality and willingness to optimise your work environment, processes, and tools
