Your Part (optional with leading function):
Manage application of regulatory, policy & standard requirements and coordinate implementation within the 1st line of defence (LoD)
Ensure appropriate training and development of data privacy skill set within 1st LoD and maintain high-level of quality
Build strong relations with business units in operations and ensure the adherence to policy and process
Coordinate governance reporting and oversight including breaches and issues, assurances and audits
Coordinate and oversee data processing activities (incl. 3rd party) and record keeping activities as well as data protection impact assessment records
Identify and manage effective risk measures with operational focus
Collaborate with related business units and other stakeholders on data privacy risk evaluation and reporting
Ensure best practices are being shared across the organisation related to 1st LoD data privacy governance
Knowledge of data privacy risk and control processes in banking sector
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of working within a highly regulated environment along with a sound understanding of the current environment
Strong communication skills in German and English
Ability to analyse complex business processes and to identify associated risks as well as present it in a stakeholder-adequate style
Project management skills handling cross-functional activities
Basic knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
Good organizational capabilities, along with prioritization skills and execution in fast-pace environment
