What will you be doing
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with focus on Pricing & Planning for Loans and Deposits.
You will be responsible for designing pricing strategies and managing operative interest rates
You will develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing customers and conduct pricing tests
You will work closely with the finance department to create short- and mid-term product plans for retail banking products, such as instalment loans and deposits
You will organise and lead cross-functional working groups for commercial optimization involving teams such as sales, strategic analytics, finance, treasury
You will proactively propose initiatives to relevant senior stakeholders up to C-level to lead their implementation and improve the commercial performance
You will initiate and execute technical commercial optimization projects, acting as Product Owner
You will ensure proper monitoring and reporting of ongoing initiatives
What we are looking for
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, finance, or commercial functions in the financial services or insurance sector
You hold a university degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
You have strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and market dynamics
You have a good understanding of retail banking products such as personal loans or deposits
You have a strong understanding of objectives and goals of various functions (e.g., Finance, Credit Risk)
You are able to think abstractly and demonstrate good commercial judgement
You are fluent in English (C1)
You possess strong communication skills and have experience in senior stakeholder management up to C-level
