Your Part:  

  • Incisive analytics based on knowledge of data and implications of results 

  • Provide portfolio data to support Business Planning and Stress Testing 

  • Partner with different business unites as Sales & Marketing, Finance as key contact to support and drive commercial initiatives 

  • Optimize all strategies for specific areas of customer life-cycle from New Customer Acquisitions to Existing Customer Management across the portfolio 

  • Ongoing optimisation of conversion rate in line with market best practice 

  • Present and communicate results within the business functions.  

  • Adopt and devise new analytical techniques to generate new insights and maintain market best practice  

  • Work effectively with peers and management team to achieve shared business objectives 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Experience in consumer finance or payment market (ideally in Germany) with respect to risk assessment and management  

  • Ability to quickly build an understanding of the respective business and its core strengths and opportunities 

  • Drive insight from that data, assess the commercial / sales / financial impact and recommend action 

  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and modelling techniques  

  • Proficiency in SAS or equivalent data analysis and statistical tool (R, Python)  

  • SQL programming skills on an advanced user level 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, influencing, and conflict management 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to translate insight into a coherent story that drives action 

  • Effective stakeholder management skills
